HRD-05
The HRD-05 is HARD’s electric race car designed to race in Formula Student events.
I made contributions to some major projects such as the development of the Accumulator Container - a battery storage solution, I developed the Firewall and helped with the overall assembly.
HRD-05 Firewall
I developed and manufactured the firewall for the HRD-05. I used a sheet metal design, sourced a fireproof and electrically insulating material and tested different ways to attach the material to the sheet metal.
